Friendly staff, but pool issues

The property was inviting, and the friendly staff greeted us warmly. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool we were eager to use was closed for most of our visit. This was disappointing and affected our overall experience, particularly with kids enthusiastic about swimming.

My wife says that the pool being closed most of the time was disappointing for the kids.
