Friendly staff, but pool issues
The hotel was inviting, and the friendly staff greeted us warmly. The room was clean and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay overall.
Unfortunately, the indoor pool we were eager to use was closed for most of our visit. This was disappointing and affected our overall experience, particularly with kids enthusiastic about swimming.

Satisfactory breakfasts, the stay was such wonderful!
The staff were courteous and polite in the whole hotel. It had good location, near Starbucks and a Walmart, restaurants and friends, and Van Buren because of a concert in the historic district. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

Cleaning Staff and food staff was super nice !!!!
Our room was non smoking yet smelled like smoke terribly - asked front desk about it and they said nope it's non smoking! The room was clean and tidy just reaked of smoke. In addition the air conditioner was incredibly loud when it first turned on and would go off and on - a loud whining sound would last for 2 minutes or so and finally stop. This happened all night long! Also the tile around pool is incredibly slippery! Other than that - it's very nice hotel! We were room 327 I believe.

I enjoyed its very very nice and courteous employees.
Location: the hotel was right by Van Buren because of a concert in the historic district, very good restaurant, and stores.

The indoor pool was closed for most of the stay, a real letdown considering it was a major draw for the kids. The bathroom had a sliding door instead of a conventional one. The bathtub featured a bulge was nice, which isn't ideal after a long day.

Friendly front desk staff made the check-in a breeze, and the room was notably clean with great amenities, though the mattress could use an upgrade. The breakfast selection was varied, but I did notice some items ran out too quickly during peak hours.

Check-in was quick with friendly front desk staff. Found ants near breakfast area, unappealing. Perfect location near a golf course and several restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the mattress needed replacing. Great variety of breakfast options, but some items ran out too quickly.
